Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit of one night room and tax will be required at time of booking. Cancellations within the time frames specified below will result in a fee equivalent to the booked length of stay for the cost of room and taxes.
Peak Season (June 27, 2024 – September 14, 2024): Lakeside Villa allows a cancellation with full refund up to fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date.
Non Peak Season (January 1, 2024 – June 26, 2024 & September 15, 2024 - June 25, 2025): Lakeside Villa allows a cancellation with full refund up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date.
Advance purchase offers require full payment for the stay at time of booking and are non refundable.
